Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
At Summit Home Services LLC ("Summit Home Services," "we," "us"), we respect your privacy and want to be plain about what we collect. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website (www.summithomeservices.co) or request our services. It covers the website only. The work itself is covered by the written estimate and agreement for your job.
Information You Give Us
When you submit a request through our website forms or chat box, we may collect:
- Name – to address you personally and identify your project
- Email address – to send you your estimate and communicate about your project
- Phone number – to contact you regarding scheduling and project details
- Project details – such as the type of project, rooms, condition and any notes you type, so we can prepare your quote
We also record which page you sent the request from, the ad or link that brought you to the site (if it carried campaign tags or a Google ad click ID), your browser type, and the time. This tells us which pages and ads bring in real requests and helps us filter out spam. The campaign tags are saved in your browser only until you close the tab.
When you tap a phone number, text link or email link on the site, we record that the tap happened. We do not record the call itself through the website.
Analytics, Recordings and Advertising
Our website uses the tools below. They set cookies or similar technology in your browser and collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and the buttons you click.
- Google Tag Manager – loads the other tools on this list so we can manage them in one place.
- Google Analytics – shows us how the site is used overall: which pages are read, where visitors come from and which buttons are clicked.
- Google Ads – lets us measure which ads lead to estimate requests, phone calls and text taps. It also lets us show our ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing), which means you may see Summit Home Services ads on Google, YouTube and other websites and apps after you leave. We build lists of past visitors for this purpose.
- Google forwarding phone numbers – if you reach the site from one of our Google ads, the phone number you see may be a number issued by Google that forwards to our office at (848) 238-6482. Google uses it to report that a call came from an ad, including the time and length of the call.
- Enhanced conversions for leads – when you submit a form, your email address and phone number are scrambled (hashed) in your browser and sent to Google. Google compares the scrambled version with Google accounts to tell us whether the request came from one of our ads. Google cannot read the original from the scrambled version.
- Microsoft Clarity – records how visitors move through the site, such as scrolling, taps, clicks and mouse movement, and makes heatmaps. We use it to find pages that confuse people and fix them.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) – measures how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and helps us build audiences, so you may see our ads on Facebook and Instagram after visiting the site.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information above for the following purposes:
- To prepare and deliver free estimates for your project
- To communicate with you about your project, including scheduling and updates
- To provide the services you request
- To follow up after project completion to ensure your satisfaction
- To understand which pages and ads bring in real work, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly
- To improve the website
We don't sell your personal information. We share limited data with advertising and analytics partners (Google, Microsoft and Meta) to measure and show our ads, as described in this policy.

- Google – your request is also saved to a private spreadsheet in our Google account. Google also provides Tag Manager, Analytics and Ads as described above. See policies.google.com/privacy.
