Who We Are
Summit Home Services LLC is a licensed contractor specializing in bathroom remodeling, tub-to-shower conversion and tile work. All of it runs out of one crew based in Long Branch, NJ, across Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties in New Jersey.
The company is led by Lucas Barbosa, who has been in the home finishing trades for over 10 years. Summit operates as a hands-on crew — Lucas and partner Iago are involved in estimating and quality control on every job, and the same field team that shows up on Day 1 finishes the project.
How We Work
Every project starts with a free walkthrough. We look at the room and what is behind the old tile, then give you a written scope before we start. No change orders after we start unless you specifically ask for added work.
We're available seven days a week, 8am to 6pm, and we reply within 15 minutes in those hours. Most walkthrough appointments are scheduled within a few days.
