Waterproofed

Custom Tile Showers

Waterproofed to the manufacturer's spec before a single tile goes on, so the part you never see outlasts the part you do.

Tub-to-Shower Conversion

The tub nobody has used in years becomes the shower everybody does. Usually a week, and the least disruptive bathroom change there is.

Floor & Wall Tile

Bathrooms, kitchens, mudrooms, whole floors. Large format, herringbone, hex — laid off a level subfloor with the layout set before we cut.

Backsplash Installation

A weekend-sized job that changes the whole kitchen. Cut around outlets and windows cleanly, grouted to match, done without gutting anything.

Full Bathroom Remodels

Gut to finish, with the plumber and electrician scheduled around our own crew. New Jersey only — a four-trade schedule does not travel the way a tile van does.

Dust-controlled sanding, stain matching, board repair and replacement, and two to three coats of finish. Most homes are done in about three days.

Solid, engineered, LVP

Hardwood Installation & LVP

New solid and engineered hardwood, site-finished so it matches room to room. LVP where moisture rules real wood out — basements, kitchens, mudrooms.

Finish carpentry

Staircases & Trim

Treads, risers, railings and newel posts refinished or rebuilt, plus baseboard, casing and crown. Finished carpentry matched to the floors, not close enough.

We come out, look at the actual room, and tell you straight what it needs — including when the answer is less work than you expected.

Step 2

Written Flat-Rate Quote

Scope and price in writing, labor and materials broken out. No phone estimates and no number that moves once the work starts.

Step 3

Prep & Protection

Rooms sealed, furniture moved, dust controlled, floors covered on the way in and out. Your house is still your house while we are in it.

Step 4

Final Walkthrough

You inspect and approve before we pack up. Anything not right gets fixed then, not on a callback three weeks later.

We're a crew based in Long Branch, NJ, and we drive. Tile, backsplash, tub-to-shower conversion and hardwood floor refinishing all run out of the same team, about an hour and a half to two hours out from Long Branch — which covers New Jersey, New York City and southeastern Pennsylvania. Not a franchise, not a call center. When you call Summit, you talk to the people doing the work.

Summit opened its doors in 2023, though we'd been in these trades a long time before that. We show up when we say, keep job sites clean, and communicate throughout the project. No surprises on scope, no surprise costs at the end.
