Flooring services

Floors, stairs and the trim that frames them

Most floors are worth saving, and refinishing costs a fraction of replacing them. When they are past it, or the room was never going to suit real wood, we install instead — and our carpenter handles the staircase and the trim so the whole room matches. You get the honest answer at the walkthrough, in writing.

01

Most jobs, 3 days

Hardwood Floor Refinishing

Dust-controlled sanding, stain matching, board repair and replacement, and two to three coats of finish. Most homes are done in about three days.

02

Solid & engineered

Hardwood Floor Installation

New solid and engineered hardwood, laid over a prepared and levelled subfloor. Site-finished so the boards, the stain and the sheen match room to room instead of arriving pre-decided.

03

Waterproof

LVP Flooring

Luxury vinyl plank for basements, kitchens and anywhere moisture rules real wood out. Waterproof, quieter underfoot than laminate, and installed over the same properly prepared subfloor.

04

Finish carpentry

Staircases & Trim

Treads, risers, railings and newel posts refinished or rebuilt, plus baseboard, casing, crown and built-ins. Finished carpentry by a dedicated carpenter, matched to the floors rather than close enough.
